The Standard

And here we get one of the iconic moments of the series, as The Standard and The Corpse finally come face-to-face for the first time.  These two characters have been set on a collision course throughout the series up until this point, with their paths steadily moving closer to intertwining.  Now, at last, will we find out if The Corpse is friend or foe?  Keep reading, gentle reader!

Also, I adore that last panel that takes up the whole bottom half of the page.  One of my fave images of the series, so much so we used it as the banner image for the Kickstarter campaign.  I’ll get this on a T-shirt one day!
